Our Story

Located on the charming town square, we opened our doors in 2025 with the vision of bringing a unique, European-inspired tasting experience to the heart of our community. The inspiration for Cellar 112 came during a trip to Italy, where our founders discovered high-end wine and whiskey tasting machines that allow customers to sample rare and exotic selections without committing to a full glass. These machines sparked the idea for a refined but approachable bistro where guests could explore flavors from around the world, sip by sip. We returned home, secured a beautiful space on Winchester’s square, and brought our vision to life—combining elegant tasting options with live music and light fare to create an unforgettable local gathering spot.
